Designed to meet the growing needs for water clarification and
solids dewatering in the extractive industries, Centripod system
comes in two specially designed containers enabling easy transport
and installation. The Centripod can be operational in a few hours
of arrival to site provided all services are available.
The three companies Mudtech, Manvers
engineering and Baioni have agreed a joint
venture for the production of the Centripod centrifuge system to be
manufactured in the Baioni works in Italy. For more information

How To Use
The system uses the Baioni High performance centrifuge decanter
BaiDec, together with the Manvers operator friendly touch
screen control panel, allowing the operator to see all processes in
operation.
The system comes with its own integrated polymer unit allowing
infinite control of flocculent dosing to deal with a wide range of
sludge's.
The touchscreen enables the instant control of bowl speed, feed
pump and polymer dosing right where the centrate and solids
discharge are produced.
