Features And Benefits
EPB CONDITIONING IN CHALK
Provides primary electrochemical charge sites on chalk muck, allowing efficient plug forming and waterproofing by TK60 polymer treatment.
SLURRY SEPARATION:
Improves separation of difficult slurries.
Acts by providing primary floc strengthening before flocculation eg by TK50 in centrifuge systems.
Benefits:
- Reduces flocculant consumption• Increases flocculation efficiency
- Helps to form strong, tight flocs for easy removal by centrifuge
- Improves centrifuge output
- Reverses flocculant contamination
How To Use
TBM:
0.1 % of slurry or as required.
Inject 20% solution into screw 200 – 1000 mm upstream of TK60 injection.
Alternative:
Use T-CAT FOAM at face in chalk ground.
Flocculation:
For one-off treatment, locate T-CAT container on tank deck . Connect hose to centrifuge feed pump suction and adjust flow with valve. Observe floc behavious and re-set flow as needed.
For longer term use, install permanent doaing arrangement contact MML if you need help with this.
NOTE
For economy and best resullts, dilute T-CAT 5 to 1 with water before use. Do not over-dilute.
