Safe FOAM GROUT (resinex)

What Is It?

RESINEX HYDRO-GROUT is a hydrophilic polyurethane, which in contact with water, makes a solvent-free product used for mass, annular and entry water-proofing.

What Does It Do?

Resinex is an effective means of stopping water seepage, Resinex reacts with water to produce a flexible foam or an elastomeric gel, depending on pressure and water present.

What Are the Benefits?

• Reacts with water (existing or pre-blended) to create swelling, waterproof foam.
• It is able to absorb water up to 800% of its own weight.
• Strength ranges from gel to rubber-like foam depending on dilution.
• Stop water filtration.

Treatment methods will depend on specific site conditions. Can be pumped on a single component basis – to react with existing ground water – or mixed in-line with water .

Important: Purge pumps and lines with RESINEX FLUSH before and after injection.

Usually, existing on-site or locally obtainable simple pumps can be used to apply RESINEX. Otherwise, the required equipment can be hired or purchased from Mudtech.
